I need a support system to lose wieght!!!

I live in the country. I can't get to weekly meeting with other wieght lost programs. My family is also on a very strick buget. I always have my phone on me. I just need support. I've tried to lose wieght before but I just can't do it on my own. My husband is a truck driver and is on the road. He helps but I just need more motivation. Please help me keep on the right track.
