Someone asked me how much weight I've lost and I almost laughed out loud. Oh no. I didn't lose anything. I know where it all went cuz I busted butt for it.

I remember a long time ago I heard or read something that said we should never say "lost the weight" as it would reinforce in our subconscious that it is something we should "re-find" at some later date. So I'm all for your working off the *unnecessary extra* weight.0 -
