Breakfast Issues

I'm one of those people that just don't feel all that up to eating in the morning, yet I'm aware of the health (and weight loss) benefits that breakfast has.
I've found that I can stomach two hard boiled egg whites about half an hour after I wake up.
Is this enough to get my metabolism going and kickstart all the other breakfast benefits?
Thanks

Try a protein shake, it goes down a bit easier. Or coffee with milk in it.0

there are no health or weight loss benefits from breakfast UNLESS eating breakfast helps you achieve a caloric deficit0

Drink a big glass of water (room temp not ice cold) when you wake up, get ready (shower, etc >>>) first and try and drink your breakfast. Make a high protein drink by mixing hemp protein (Nutiva, Dr Ben Kim or Nuts.com brands are great because they are organic, rich in fiber and "clean"), raw cocoa powder (same brands) and some milk (cow, nut, whatever you like). Add a teaspoon of Blackstrap molasses, shake and rock and roll! Prep another snack, like a piece of fruit for later and you are good to go! Another option is to exerise in the am so that you feel hungry! Research shows that mild exercise on an empty stomach is actually good ... as long as you replenish right after with good protein!0

You don't need it. Don't worry. The kick start is a myth. If you don't want to eat breakfast, don't.0

This. Eat when you want. Don't worry about not eating breakfast, unless you don't feel well if you don't.0 -
Ok, thanks so much everyone0

Don't worry about it, I never want to eat first thing. I start off with a coffee and/or a drink of water, sometimes I'll even go for a run before I have breakfast. Breakfast is quite often an hour or so after I've got up - when I start to feel hungry basically. Just listen to your body it will tell you when it's ready. It's more important to have a drink to hydrate yourself.0
