hi just started using mfp hope i lose my weight now i have problems sticking to things so could do with some inspiration. as of 21st of april my son ill be starting fulltime school so i will be walking 1.5miles twice a day with my 4 month daughter in buggy. i seem to be going just over my calories all the time need to find more low calorie foods that satisfy my hunger. any ideas. thanks Lisa
