A nearly healthy waffle

Mix in a food mixer (blender) eggs, self raising white flour and full fat milk until you have a cream like thickness. I use 3 eggs and store it in a clean used bottle in the fridge.
Now for my cooking trick, I add fruit which I mash (ie mango, banana or sharon fruit or any soft fruit) to a measured amount of mix and then cook in your normal way. My daughter loves them.
