I thought I should post some before and after pictures. Although I only lost 22lbs, I feel I did it just in time or I would have carried on getting bigger. So here are my efforts to post a picture (if I can).

    Thanks - the stomach has vanished and so have the bingo wings! I can wear tight tops and vest tops without worrying now.

    Thanks folks. It took me about 6 months to lose it, but I did take a bit of time off from end of July-August to go on holiday and not worry about what I was eating and managed to maintain my weight during that period. Now I guess I have to maintain it for ever, so I won't be leaving here in a hurry!
