Help! I Feel Like Such a Failure!!!

On Friday was my staff party and I eat healthy breaky and lunch BUT then ate chips for afternoon snack then didn't eat til at staff party and had a few wings and things and drank my face off! Then today (so hungover) I ate Mcdonalds for lunch and A&W for supper. Plus more chips for a snack at night!!!!! I haven't exercised for 2 days nor have I logged any food! Is there still hope for me! OMG!!! Freaking out! Just wanna lose last 10 lbs.

    There's always hope. Just suck it up, get over the bad days, and move forward. Change doesn't happen over night. It can take a long time to change habits. You just have to stick with it. If you do, then you'll lose the weight, even if you slip up occasionally. It's about consistently getting back up and moving forward, not being perfect. Good luck.

    At the end of the day it's about if you want to work for change, or if you just want change to happen. Those are two very different things. You have to work for it, and also, be nice to yourself when you do go off path.

    Stand up and dust yourself off! Tomorrow a new day and a clean slate. You can't change the junk you ate yesterday/today/whenever. Don't dwell on the negative start fresh tomorrow. Maybe think about how you can better prepare yourself for the future when this situation comes again. We all have a bad day now and then, that's what make us human! Don't worry, we all do it- I had cake today ;-) so instead of beating myself up about it im gonna work out a little more the rest if the week to even out the calories I ate. If u over indulge, go for a walk or run, I promise it will feel better then mentally beating the crap outta yourself!

    Thank you for the comments. I hate losing weight - it sucks! This is the third time in my life I have had to lose weight and I DO NOT want to do it again after this time! So I guess I won't be having any more children either. Just one for me :)
