Get a Pedal Exerciser and keep it under your desk. It's like a tiny bike. When you can, do a minute of jumping jacks, 20 second break, another minute of JJs for 5-10 reps. Use heavy items on your desk for bicep curls and calf lifts. Squats and rear-lifting pulses while holding onto the chair. Can you replace your desk chair with a balance ball?
EDIT: Also, SparkPeople.com has a list of short workout videos you can do in the office, in less than 10 minutes, without equipment.0 -
those are some good ideas
and i dont think the boss would like the balance ball idea "this is work, not the circus" is something he would say... i once saw an infamircial on this odd looking chair, i cant recall the name of it but its built to have you work your abs....
and where could i find this pedal exerciser??0 -
hmmm... i will have to go check that site out now!!! thank you!!0

You're welcome!
And the Pedal Exerciser, you could find one at a Sports Authority, Big Five, or hell, even on Ebay, LOL0
