    I'm 20, doing low carb and here for motivation and to give in return as I find it hard to diet without support!! Iv been sticking to it for 3-4 weeks now and lost 9lb!

    I'm 19 now but will be 20 in 2 weeks! My goal BMI is 18.5, I'm 5'8.5", and I've got just over 20lbs to lose!
    I also really want to tone up and honestly get in shape so I can enjoy life that much more!
