    Hello this is my first day on the boards. Welcome to all the newbies. Hopefully I can keep this going. I have been having a really hard time lately. I am totally discouraged and almost ready to give up but I know that I can't.

    Welcome to the Newbies. Yes, this site will help you in your journey, if you will just use the tools. You need to log all food that you put in your mouth, drink at least 64 oz. of water ( 80 oz to 100 oz) is better and read the postings of others success stories and how they work through a bad day. It will help you get through yours. Get up and move. Exercising will help with stress and depression. I am more than halfway to my weight lose goal now and this site has been the reason. I love the database to posting all food that I eat. I log food before I eat it where I will NOT go over my calories. Good luck in your journey.:wink:
