Pumpkin Pie Muffins

1 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
1/4 cup butter (light), melted
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Blend the pie filling, butter, and egg together well. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir by hand just until flour is moist. Batter may be slightly lumpy. Grease muffin pan and fill almost to the top. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan. May serve with whipped cream cheese for additional flavor.

Just made these last evening, after I had accidently opened a can of pumpkin pie filling instead of canned pumpkin. They are very good and moist, and come in at 138 calories each, according to the recipe database.
