    Mmmmm..... Mocha Almond Fudge, Heavenly Hash and Tin Roof Sundae. Also, a DQ Buster Bar or Banana Split Blizzard.

    Luckily, I only liketo have ice cream in the summer.

    Storebought: Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey or Cherry Garcia, or Haagen Dazs green tea or coffee

    Homemade: my boyfriend makes a wicked mascarpone and dark chocolate ice cream. our homemade azuki bean ice cream and matcha ice creams are pretty killer too!

    Funnily enough I have more or less gone off ice cream altogether. However, if I had to choose, it would be Orkney Vanilla Ice Cream - it is divine and they sell it in 2 shops in my town, just a few hundred yards from where I work. I have to deliberately walk/cycle the opposite way to avoid it.

    I blend in my blender
    2 avocados
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 heaping tablespoons raw honey
    2 cups half & half
    and freeze.

    I've also used raw whole milk instead of half & half and it comes out just as yummy, just more crystalized. It needs a minute to soften up when you take it from the freezer.
    My kids and I love it.
