want to get to THAT size!

Without telling everyone my true pant size, I am looking for a way to get down one more size...THAT size. I bought a new pair of pants last night and went down one size but I want to get down one more size. Even when I have been on my goal weight before, I have never been able to get to THAT goal size. Does anyone have any suggestions or specific exercises to trim my hips (and thighs but hips seem to be the bigger issue) to get down another size. Okay...I know I am far from my goal weight so I shouldn't be worrying about my ultimate goal size yet...but if there is something I can be working on specifically, I want to start now.

    Increase your exercise and/or calories... or maybe your body is telling you this is the size you need to be.

    Hahaha, funny thing is, I actually understand :blushing:
    I did a lot of walking/Winsor Pilates to get back in THAT size :wink:
