L-Carnitine Question

Hi everyone. I have been with MFP for a few months now and have gotten back into doing personal training at least 3 times a week and cardio up to 4X.
My question is about L-Carnitine and the benefits of it with weight training and cardio. I was told that it was effectice in increasing endurance and as a fat burner so it would help increase results. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and found it effective.

    I'm currently taking L-carnitine and its very effective especially if your active, but even if your not you will still burn calories because it takes your stored fat and uses that for energy.
