I tried on a work shirt last week that I've had for over a year now. When I first got it it was a little snug when I tried it on, so it got shoved to the back of the closet. Last weekend I was cleaning my closet out and removing clothes that don't fit and I stumbled across it. I tried it on and was shocked to find it baggy on me!! It was a definite motivational boost that I needed.
