Actually I do have a hard time digesting red meat. I don't believe this diet though. My aunt told me about it when I was 10-11 years old.

I and my husband and two boys have been on the blood-type diet at dadamo.com for 3 years. It has made a HUGE difference in all of our health. We are all type A nonsecretors and we can eat turkey, goat, chicken, duck, fish, etc. My son (16) used to get car sick even if we went on only a 10 min. drive. If he stays on the diet he never gets carsick. The other son (12) used to always have drainage and gunk in his lungs. That is almost all gone now. My husband had a fat belly while being very lean everywhere else. That is gone now. Before he had tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it! It's really worth thinking about...

Hey....I thought that dinner plan sounded splendid. Especially with the added fro-yo. :noway:

Hun, I am calm, hardworking but reasonable? It depends on who you're talking to if you want to know about me.

However I am not detailed oriented nor am I an organizer.

However, it seems to be right about me.

While I do eat a lot of veggies and fruits I disapree about the meat. I love fish. Love it! LOVE IT!

Who comes up with this stuff?

By the way i am A postive!

    O_o;

LOL so funny. Basically it describes me as exactly polar opposite than who I am and tells me to eat lots of meat. Meat really screws up my body and makes me sick so actually I feel a thousand times better when I don't eat meat.

I really don't understand what the science behind this could be. It doesn't make any sense to me.

At any rate it's totally wrong for me.

Some of this is valid though. I was doing really good with my weight loss and then suddenly nothing. No weight loss for two weeks, even though I was eating under my calories and working out. Nothing. I was reviewing my blood type food list and saw cauliflower listed as a prohibited food because it messes with your insulin. I was eating about 2 heads of cauliflower a week, sometimes 3! I stopped eating the cauliflower and lost 2 pounds over the next 3 days.

So, while I don't follow everything I do take into account certain things listed as bad for me based on my blood type.

It is bound to be right for some people-- the question is whether it's just chance, which personally I think it is. If you guess that everyone with type A blood won't do well with red meat then odds are it'll be true for at least some people. That doesn't mean there's real science going on.

Your Workout: Since you stress easily, try something calming like yoga.

Yeah.. no and no. I tried yoga a few times and hated it. And tofu? Doctor's orders. Not allowed to eat it. :)

Actually what they're suggesting falls straight into my wheelhouse... They're suggesting to eat lots of fruits and veggies and get most of my protein from plants... Works for me, because I'm vegan. :)
Unfortunately though, I've tried cutting out caffeine many times and never made it. The only thing that could make me cut out caffeine completely is pregnancy. other than that I haven't got enough motivation to do it.

Dinner sounds yummy except for the yogurt part, yoga is a little boring though... And I don't stress easily.

Edit: Wow, this site is full of As. 0_0

I don't know my blood type, but I'm planning to eat with the O's most of the time, and the B's part of the time.

    *PhhhhhbbBBBbbbtttt*

I'm O+ and I just read mine.... How do you spell "Hocum"?
  • Nice, I'm an O so according to this I should be avoiding eggs, dairy and legumes and eat more meat. I'm a vegetarian and I've felt never better than when I ditched the fish and meat from my diet.

Also, there is no scientific research to back up this thing whatsoever.

You may as well go on a zodiac diet. I'm sure someone must have invented one.

Type B and surprisingly it is pretty spot on with most of it.

I love red meat and always feel ick when I go too long without it. I have a thing for eating cheese everyday too. Avoiding grains is easy because I'm gluten intolerant and I love fruit.

Character traits, personality, and workout is pretty much me as well.

Last thing I read about B's told me to stop eating tomatoes haha so I didn't pay any attention to it but I like this one lol

I'm B also. Where did you read that we shouldn't eat tomato? That makes total sense to me. When I eat something that's rich in tomato (especially tomato soup) I get the WORST heart burn, feel like crap, and don't digest it very well.

I agree with mine too. I'm the same way, I go crazy when I don't get a lot of dairy (cheese and yogurt mostly). I also crave red meat when I haven't had it in a while. I could totally do without bread and most grains. I just don't crave bread or carbs like a lot of people I know. I can't even remember the last time I had a bowl of pasta.

Same here. I don't eat meat all the time, but when I want it I want actual meat, not bean curd. None of the fruits and veggies I'd look at, let alone eat.

    FYI, A+ here.
