Looking for hypo friends

I'm getting discouraged and wondering if it's even worth it. Looking for some people going through this hell known as hypothyroidism!

    Hi AmyFett. I am also hypothyroid. Initially had Graves Disease (hyperthyroid) which they fixed by nuking my thyroid. Ergo, now hypothyroid. It is really hard to lose weight, even more than it was before being diagnosed with that. I am on meds for life for the hypo.

    I have been on and off diets cause I can't seem to stay motivated. Weight doesn't come off like it used to.
