love seeing all the success stories in here. me, lost 54 pounds in 6 months. just wished i took before pics, but, i avoided cameras back then. MFP is awesome, and congrats to you all for your hard work...

Do you have one up on the net someplace? if so you would put the url in between these: [-img-] www.myawesomepic.com[-img-]
When you do, you need to remove the - lines from img. I put those there so you could see what the usually invisible tag looks like

yea stands for image. It tells the message board to get ready for a picture. All of the codes here on MFP will be in those brackets.0 -
