So, today I resisted temptation twice and stuck to my original food plan. First time was at lunch when we all went to Burger King. I got a garden salad (and brought my own Light Ranch dressing), small onion ring and diet Coke. The second time was when a few co-workers had milkshake cravings and I volunteered to make a run...but I didn't get anything myself...I just ate a granola bar. I feel pretty good about myself right now and hope that this planning and willpower pay off.
