I do the les mills classes at the gym
at every class I go to there s this girl who is super fit and amazing at the coordination of the routines....shes my gym nemesis and she doesnt even know it!! She's very friendly and everything but she's just so damn good!!!

I spend the class watching her, seeing if I can do it better or faster or bigger then her (usually i cant lol) and she makes me work out harder cos im trying to keep up.

anyone else have a secret gym nemesis who makes you work harder...???

    MY OTHERHALF! lol sounds strange but.. we always go to the gym togather and hes usually on the machine next to me so i always try beat his calories burned :D muahaha butt friendly competition makes you work harder so you make yourself proud :D x
