I like to change up my work out routine every 6 weeks so here is my new routine, it's a lot more than normal for me
Run 3-6 miles
Zwow around 20 minutes
JM 6 week 6 pack
I usually run and do 30 day shred or just weight lifting but I feel like I need to bring it. Wdyt is it too much not enough? I don't have a gym membership although I have a selection of dumbbells at home

Need a lot more clarification. If you're planning on doing *all* of that 7 days a week then you'll probably end up very broken very quickly unless you are in exceptional condition.0

whats the specific routine? all look like good workouts but how many days a week are you doing it? are you taking rest days?0

Monday through Friday I don't run on Thursday and dont work out on the weekends but do a 10-14 mile long run on Saturdays0

I'm thinking that workout might be too much then. I would alternate everything.
Something like:
Monday: shorter run plus 6w6p
Tuesday: longer run plus ZWOW
Wednesday: shorter run 6w6p
Thursday: longer run plus ZWOW
Friday shorter run 6w6p
Saturday 10+ mile run
Sunday: rest
doing all of it everyday will leave your muscles no room to recover and you won't see the results you want make sure the ZWOW workouts you pick aren't ab-focused so you're not overworking them. And cutting the runs down a little will help your form & speed on the days you do run.
Thats me though, depends on how fit you are. definitely alternate the ab workouts with non ab workouts so you're not hurting yourself. If you feel like you're not doing enough after a few days you can always add more but recovering from overworking yourself takes a lot longer and can derail your fitness train!0 -
M- short run zwow
T- tempo run zwow and 6wk 6 pk
W- mid length run zwow
Th- zwow and 6wk 6 pm
F- short run zwow
S- long run
I'm thinking this may be better0 -

Bugwok was lean and strong and didn't count calories, but he also spent most of his days moving and playing, and not a lot of time sitting on his butt reading updates on Facerock and chiseling in a pictogram of what he had for dinner.0 -

Bugwok always rested after long hunts too. :laugh:0
