Check out cookinglight.com. This site is full of thousands of recipes ranging from gourmet to quick and easy. I've discovered several different recipes for stuffing, turkey, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie, pumpkin biscuits, etc. They're all designed to be light, healthier versions of our thanksgiving favorites. The hardest part is choosing which recipe to make because they all look so delicious!0

I plan on using many recipes from skinnytaste.com
2 I have already tried are:
Sweet Potato brulee (I actually omitted the sugar on top)
skinny pumpkin pie
They were both delicious.
I agree with the above poster about cookinglight as well. great recipes there too.0 -
I second the Cooking Light suggestion-- I usually make a great salad and my husband makes a fruit salad for all of our holiday dinners. We also try to roast alot of veggies for a nice side, and I make my own cranberry sauce.
That way I can go a bit crazy on the stuffing and other unhealthies on the actual day., but not feel tooo bad.0 -
quinoa cooked in chicken stock and add dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
