100-200 Calorie Snacks

I was hoping I could get some more ideas for some snacks I can pack with me to work. I am trying to stay away from granola bars and I'm getting a little bored of apples. I usually have a boiled egg and whole grain toast for breakfast and a salad with a protein for lunch... just to give an idea of what I'm already eating.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

my #1 go to snacks are almonds and dried fruit because I can keep them in my office and they won't spoil so they are always on hand. I also like yogurt and on days when I know I have a strenuous workout coming after work I'll snack on a Luna bar (they're usually around 200 ish calories).
Laughing cow cheese is an excellent snack too.0 -
Fibre One bars are way healthier and honestly- far better tasting than granola bars!
I like to mix up cheerios, dried cranberries and peanuts in a bowl or bag as well.. The dried cherry infused cranberries are awesome!!0 -

I also like to take baby carrots in a microwave container, add water- cook for like a minute and 15 or 30 seconds, drain the water, and sprinkle with cinnamon... soo yummy!0 -

My new favorite snack is Air Popped Popcorn.....3 cups popped is only 60 calories and I add Ranch popcorn seasoning for only 2 calories a 1/4tsp......It's a great snack for when I want something salty, but low in cal0

The five (non-fresh fruit) snacks I eat the most:
strawberry greek yogurt -- 120 cals
peanut butter on low cal wheat -- 160 cals
1/4 cup cottage cheese and two pineapple rings -- 120 cals
reduced cal wheat english muffin w/ sugar free blackberry jam -- 90 cals
1oz of mixed nuts -- 160 cals0 -
A trick I learned from MFP is to remove the yolk from hard boiled eggs and replace with hummus. It is very good with a side of some veggies. My snacks usually mean "break-time" so today, I had a Pure Protein bar with coffee/cream for 220 cals and this afternoon, I am having a Luna bar with hot tea for 190 calories.
My other snack is usually greek yogurt with fruit or with pistachios...sometimes with honey.0 -

You can have two fun-size Snickers bars for 160 calories.0

I just made these oatmeal bars, and I really liked them. No added sugar. I substituted the skim milk with almond/coconut milk, and used dates and bananas instead of just dried fruit. http://www.katheats.com/favorite-foods/baked-oatmeal-snack-bars0

V8 and 5 crackers = 85 calories
Fold Over slice of low cal bread and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter = 103 calories
4 Rolos from co-workers desk = 100 cal (stupid rolos!) <---- I don't recommend...who can stop at just 4!
5 crackers and melted slice of 2% velvetta cheese = 50+35 = 85 calories0 -
Roasted, salted Soy nuts (113 calories to a quarter cup)0

Cheese is a good snack. Or you could do chicken or tuna salad (make it yourself with light mayo and fresh celery/onions/bell peppers then you know exactly how to portion and what the nutrition info is) - mix with lettuce or put on crackers. I like those laughing cow cheese wedges. 35 cals each and enough to spread on half a bagel. the french onion is so good. Half a bagel with one wedge of laughing cow is under 200. You could also put it on crackers or wasa or whatever.... and I know apples can get old but theres lots of other fruits... carrot sticks with dip, or make a low cal spinach dip. Light mayo, diced onions and tomatoes, plenty of spinach and a pack of dried soup or spinach dip mix. Sometimes I just spread that on a piece of rye bread its delicious. Do popcorn or a small serving of chex and toss it in different seasonings - parmesan, italian seasoning, garlic powder/salt, cinnamon sugar, chili powder.... i'm always trying to think of diff snack ideas = ) be creative0

I use a lot of these as I'm limited as to what I can have at my desk. Try this link - hope it works!

That is brilliant! Must try it0 -
I was going to suggest homemade granola bars, as they are my current go-to snack for work and carry me all the way from mid-afternoon, through my post-work workout, to dinner.
I've got nothing else lol. So, I'm snooping to see what others have to say.0 -
I just had fresh pomegrante seeds the other day. They are awesome! The pomegrantes are only seasonal. They are in season right now. I dont know the calories but they are a healthy snack0
