My goal too. I am closing in. I started a year or so ago under a different name, got down to 122. Gained back 13, started over in September. Aiming for 122-125 for a goal range. 1 number is too hard to maintain. Oh and I m 5'4" as well0

Started at 193 lbs
Pre-wedding & lowest weight so far 142 lbs
After wedding & honeymoon splurging weight 148 lbs
Now I'm hovering from 150-152 lbs

Same here! I'm 5'7" and have been stuck at 152-154 for the past 3 or 4 months. I'd LOVE to be 125, but I think 135 would be good, too.
I've been doing a lot of cardio, but need to be better about strength training. Also, I need to figure out what my perfect calorie range would be.

Im in the same boat..... Im going up and not down. I did go from 173 to 135 in ten months but it was hard to keep it off.... So count me in0

mememe! I am 5'4 and 153. Lost 40 pounds 5 years ago, kept it off but I am stuck between 145-155 for the last 5 years, trying everything known to man to lose. I do cardio & strength training but probably not enough.0

Definitely count me in. I'm 5ft3 and hit 150lbs around 2 weeks ago. Even though I've been working out and eating healthy, I've not lost anything in the last few weeks and I want to get down to 125lbs, as that's my ideal weight for me. So any motivation I can get from others, is great0
