Well it's just another day at the office here for me... decided to do 100 squats... :tongue:

    Once you're done with your attempt, there's a 100 Squat app for mobile devices that lets you plan out a program for getting to 100 CONTINUOUS squats. There's also similar apps for pushups.

    I've tried the push-ups challenge before...at least 3 times. I've never completed it but this time around I managed to do week 4 three different times and the first half of week 5 twice. My goal is to eventually finish the whole program and do the 100 continuous push-ups.

    Yay I love squats! I went through an obsession with them a few months ago, ended up doing 200 continuous squats! Now I'm down to only around 75. Wish I would've kept it up.

    I don't know if I have that kind of coordination. Haha That's true dedication though. I do calf raises while I brush mine.


    Also, I accept this challenge! Thank you for this, I needed some kickstart motivation today. I'm being way too lazy!

    There are apps called 200 Situps and 200 Squats. When I first started getting fitter they are what I used. Excellent programs both of them.

    Done! Thanks for the challenge. I think i'll be adding squats into my routine at least a 2-3 times a week now. That felt pretty good!
