    There are apps called 200 Situps and 200 Squats. When I first started getting fitter they are what I used. Excellent programs both of them.

    Done! Thanks for the challenge. I think i'll be adding squats into my routine at least a 2-3 times a week now. That felt pretty good!

    it's the next day at work.. i did 200 squats yesterday.. and now i can barely sit to go pee.. hahaha.. TMI? ah well..
