Counting burnt calories

At work I am on my feet walking the whole day. Its constant walking with only a break for lunch. I was wondering if people would count that as calories burnt to add it to your exercise. My husband just told me not to add it in because its just work. What are your thoughts?

It really depends on what you set your activity level at. If you picked a more active lifestyle because you are on your feet all day due to your job then you shouldn't be counting those because MFP already has them factored into your daily calorie intake. If you chose a more sedentary lifestyle then you could probably count them, but I think it would make more sense to just change your activity level instead.0

I'd concur with setting your activity level to something that reflects your work.0
