Hello everyone! I am new to MFP but not to losing (and gaining) weight. In high school I was always in great shape. Football, Basketball, and Bucking Hay kept me that way. Things all turned sour when I hit college. I had a very bad relationship with food and alcohol. I was dating the girl of my dreams and we decided to get married after 2 years of dating. That's when I finally looked at myself and saw how unhealthy I was. I started getting healthy then and there. I stopped drinking and am now 3 years sober. March of last year I committed to make myself fitter. I started my weight loss at 260 pounds. I am now down to around 210 but am struggling to lose the last 20-30 pounds. I completed 2 rounds of P90X to make this happen and Insanity is currently in route for me to start ASAP. I am hoping to gain some friends here that, like me, are doing this not only to look good, but to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. Add me if you have high hopes and ambitions.

Hey man seems like we're in the same boat. Insanity is awesome. It got me in the best shape of my life but unfortunately I slipped up and fell back into some bad habits. My biggest complaint with Insanity was the lack of strength training which is why I switched to a p90x/insanity hybrid. It's the best of both worlds. Hopefully we can help motivate each other throughout this process!0
