Lacking Motive

I am having trouble keeping motivated and keeping on track with exercise and diet. I need help. I feel hungry all the time and eat when I'm sad or bored out of habit. I am a college student and tend to eat fast food since it's close by my school. I just need some pointers x_x

Plannining meals ahead is the key. You can incorporate healthy things you have at home. I sometimes crave things, there are low cal recipes on blogs on MFP. I have to research to find things that are easy and have products I normally have in my pantry. I shop at dollar stores to get my frozen fruits and veggies. I can help you. Message me. Don't give up on this. We can motivate eachother. Cranktastic is also good with ideas. Send her an invite, too.0

Thank you for the support<3 I could definatly use the help. I try and plan my meals ahead but it's hard to stay on track. I do try to eat a lot of veggies though. I think I'll take a look at those low calorie recipes. For planning ahead, Should I use this site or just write down a weekly plan in a planner?0
