Best reason for a really hard workout

I just finished really pushing myself at the gym. And the reward is . . . chocolate milk for recovery! Gotta love it.

    Is it awful that I LOVE being super sweaty and a little ... odiferous? But today's workout is to earn Peeps! Yay Easter! (I know I know - bad Kristin!)

    Yes! When I was training for my triathlon the only way I could push myself out the door to run in the summer heat was the reminder that I could have a glass of cold chocolate milk afterwards. Now I usually have a chocolate protein shake after my resistance workouts, which is also awesome.
