This is it...

This is it, the time is now.
It has taken so much to get to this point, but the change starts now. Not just for a day, either, or a few weeks for that matter. It is really hard to get motivated when I am soooo tired ALL of the time. The doctor has checked thyroid and iron levels. Thyroid was actually okay but I am very anemic.
My goal is to stay in my calorie and protein range this week. Also, to have three days of at least 30 minutes of exercise. I just got a stationary bike,so I am hoping this will be easier.
I am praying I do not become too obsessive about the calorie counting (as I have in the past) and also that I have enough energy to work out. I might be adding on to be boyfriend's gym membership this week, too, so I can attend classes. It is always easier when I have a class to lead me and have his support in staying regular/accountable. I have been sick this week though, so I do have to stay mindful of all of that considering "my conditions." ((((Geesh, I cannot wait until I never have to say that again!!!))))))

YOU WILL DO GREAT!
I promise!!!
Keep your head in the right place, working out gives you energy. You will be surprised... and go out for a quick walk around the block every single time you eat... that takes about 10 minutes and you could do it anywhere..and it might not seem like much but it is more than not doing it.0 -
You are very brave for not letting your troubles get in your way. I read your profile, and you have certainly been through the mill. But the fact that you're not letting it stand in your way is admirable, as so many people want to find excuses not to get healthy. Just imagine how proud of yourself you're going to be when you hit your goal! That's what keeps me going, and when I started in August I wanted to lose about as much as you do. It CAN be done.0
