Loose skin/hanging tummy before & afters?

I have a relatively small stomach now, overweight, but not obese. I notice even when I suck in my tummy hangs some. Is it possible to fix this if I start to use weights and keep up cardio regularly? I am losing at a moderate pace, only 1lb or so per week. I started at 185/191 (depending because I got pregnant in between lol) and I'm 163.8. It hasn't gotten more saggy or anything, maybe even a little less if I'm correct, but I'm worried it won't tighten even a little. I don't mind that little bit of skin people have after they tone sometimes (under belly button), but I don't want to look like Adam Sandler in the hospital scene of Click. Lol. Is there anyone here who has before and after pictures of a similar issue?
