Ideas for not getting "bored" with the same food!

I'm terrible at starting a diet and then falling off because i get "bored" eating the same ole things! I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I would love to find people who would be willing to share some meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner-and I can help as much as I can too! Feel free to add me or give me some input :happy:

    Chicken w/ veggies, fish, salads, wraps, tacos, soups, sandwiches, casseroles lightened up.

    Try some different spices or toppings on foods you regularly eat. A little cinnamon on whole wheat toast livens it up. Add some jicama to a salad for some crunch. Even grilled chicken with some different flavored vinegars.
  • If you mean the exact same foods, try using different spices and sauces, or preparing or presenting the foods in different ways. For example, try roasted broccoli instead of steamed.
