Ideas for not getting "bored" with the same food!

I'm terrible at starting a diet and then falling off because i get "bored" eating the same ole things! I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I would love to find people who would be willing to share some meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner-and I can help as much as I can too! Feel free to add me or give me some input :happy:

    Chicken w/ veggies, fish, salads, wraps, tacos, soups, sandwiches, casseroles lightened up.

    Try some different spices or toppings on foods you regularly eat. A little cinnamon on whole wheat toast livens it up. Add some jicama to a salad for some crunch. Even grilled chicken with some different flavored vinegars.

    If you mean the exact same foods, try using different spices and sauces, or preparing or presenting the foods in different ways. For example, try roasted broccoli instead of steamed.
