Great to find all of you. This is a great site. My name is Christy. I was 426 pounds and am now 324 pounds and losing. All because God is healing my body. He has answered my prayers. I love to exercise, hubby bought me a beach cruiser bike as an award for losing 100 pounds. What fun to ride again. Feels like I am 10 years old. I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and allow myself 2200 calories a day. Do well today and always.
