Okay, so, I just checked-in on my food blog and realized something that really upsets and puts me in some negatives for the day.
I splurged a little this morning and got a skim vanilla chai latte from Dunkin Donuts.
& I just looked at the nutritional value for one of those horrible little things!
330 calories! 53 carbs, 9 whole grams of fat, and get this: 46 grams of sugar! thats more than a regular coke and I dont drink those because of that reason! If I had any idea of all of this I would have never drank that. Ugh. & to think their advertising this a Low-Fat!
So I guess what I'm trying to get at with this little tirade is...
are there any healthy hot drinks that wont put a huge dent in the diet plan?
