I just picked up this DVD from Target and did the '1 Mile Get Up & Get Started'. It was challenging with the weights, but very doable. Am I supposed to keep going and do the 2 mile right afterwards, or build up to it by repeating the first one a lot? I'm confused, lol.
Also, how on earth do you log this in your exercise diary? I don't have a clue how many calories I burned

I too do quite a few of Leslie Sansone's videos. I post it in the light impact aerobic exercise. It is quite a few calories. Do the frst one for a few days then go up to two miles... then three... then four... then five! (yes, there are that many!) Oh, I see you got the collection, so you know! Anyway, have fun and enjoy! You will sweat...0

Thanks, I put it under light impact aerobic exercise but it was only 90-something calories, so I wasn't sure if that was correct.0
