                    Hey guys I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's top 5 BUDGET FRIENDLY healthy staples are that you HAVE to keep on hand. Mine right now are: eggs, cheese sticks, tuna, soup, and broccoli.

            Dried beans, bouillon cubes, rice, frozen vegetables. Other than soaking and cooking the beans, its easy to whip together something quick and healthy. I normally buy canned broth, but I have bouillon on hand just in case.0

            Water, multi grain waffles, fruit, egg whites, and chicken breast0

            Frozen spinach, tomatoes, eggs, oats, apples.

chicken breasts (sometimes I buy a lot and freeze if it's on sale)
whatever berries are on sale0 - 
            greek yogurt, eggs, fruit, tofu (either curd or shiratake noodles)0

            bananas, apples, eggs, celery &pb, waterrrr:)0

            humus, cheese sticks, apples, bananas, and yogurt0
 - 
            1. Egg whites
2. Chicken ( I shred it and freeze it)
3. Fozen blueberries
4. Almond milk (unsweetened)
5. Pretzel crisps (Supreme)0 - 
            Rice - basmati

Spinach - raw
Chicken breast

            1) bananas
2) eggs
3) low fat yogurt

cottage cheese

            definitely chicken breast, broccoli and cheese, cracker and tuna, mixed frozen vegetables (love these and they are so low in calories but lots of nutritional benefits)!!!0

            Tomatoes (I eat them raw sprinkled with salt or make my own pomodoro sauce)
Whole chicken (so much cheaper than just the breast meat, I cook in slow cooker and use broth for other things)
Clementines (in season right now)
Yogurt

            rotisserie chicken ($5 each at Stop and Shop on Fridays and I get two meals out of them)

            Eggs, cabbage, carrots, chicken, mushrooms
Could survive on that if I had to. Maybe change cabbage for Twin Star finely chopped frozen spinach...that stuff is awesome. Cabbage is cheaper, though.0 -
