NSV - My tween coudlnt keep up!!

One week at the gym. Day 29 of MFP,

My bff and I took our tweens with us to the gym. Neither of them could keep up with me on the treadmill doing my c25k (walk 3.5 run 4.6). Then we did some tibatta training - abs/core. Those girls couldnt take it!

It was great that I can out work my tweenage daughter. :)

  • I think the best part about taking them even if they can't keep up and get silly is that we are instilling healthy habits. Eventually they will get why we are all there. To live a healthy fit life
  • Got to agree with above post - when my mum and I go to the gym together it's nice because she's proud of me and I always know that my Mum wants me to succeed and has instilled such positive values in me which I shall try (once I lose my weight!) to pass on in the future, to friends, family etc!
