Advice needed on ...

Right I've got rid of a fair chunk of fat now but as I start to reach my goal weight I want to really work on toning the muscles. I've heard about Jillian Michaels and the 30day shred, however I've been watching the 6weeks to 6pack. Has anyone done this, how did you find it and do you have any pictures of results.

If anyone has any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

    Try searching the Success Stories boards. I know there's a lot of 30DS results on there, and I think I've seen some 6 week 6 pack results as well.

    3 things:

    1. Congrats on working hard and getting so close to your goal
    2. Let's ditch all talk of Jillian Michaels DVDs and consider some real lifting programs with real weights at a real gym. There are many excellent beginning programs available. I suggest going to bodybuilding.com and checking out a few.
    3. Let's not use the word "toning" again.
