Alli do is eat when theres a problem so friggen annoying, i eat then like 5 minutes after iregret in and inflict words to myself, i want to lose weight for christmas but i really not working for me ?

To start with put better choices in your mouth. Keep cut of fruits and veggies or cheese sticks with a bottle of water with you. If you need serious help hypnosis can help. Good luck.:happy:0

I agree with Melo. Plan to eat. Just plan healthy snacks that are low fat and high protein. I keep popcorn (100 cal. packs or air popped), carrot and celery sticks, berries, Baby Bel cheeses, yogurts, nuts, and other snacks around. I still snack, but most of the time I can avoid the chocolate and french fries and other fatty, sugar laden snacks. I, too, am a stress eater. It has worked for me to make sure I have something to eat that is okay in my limits.
I also plan rewards. If I have successfully made it through a day without going over my calorie goal and still have calories left over, I will often eat just a small treat - one chocolate covered caramel, a handful of chocolate covered almonds, some sorbet, or some other similar treat.
You can do this. Just plan ahead so you know what and when you can eat! Then eat all day!0 -
