More Boobs!

As a follow on to the Boobs! post. Those that have had experience.

What is the difference in feel for implants, both from the wearers point of view and the admirers?

There are lots of people bashing the fake boobs, or boobs should be as they are, but I'm curious to know what the feeling is like.

Plan B is to go to the strip club and pay someone to find out but I figured I'd try Plan A first.

P.S. Responses don't mean that I won't go on to Plan B anyway
