Advice needed on workout routine!

Hi everyone,
I recently (3 weeks ago) started working out at Title One Boxing Club. The first 15 minutes is a warmup/boot camp like routine. We run with medicine balls, body squats, high knees, etc. The next 30-35 minutes is hitting a heavy bag. Each round is about 3 minutes and 30 seconds of punching routines then a minute and a half moving rest. We have done lunges, squats, sprints for the "rest" The last 15 minutes is all core.
I do this routine about 3-4 times per week. I also try to go to hot yoga twice a week. My body desperately needs to be stretched out! Do you think this is enough? I think the boxing is plenty of cardio and the yoga is somewhat strengthening. I dont want to over do it, but I know I need to push myself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do i need to add anything? I feel like I am cheating myself from lifting weights, but I dont know where to fit it in. I am just feeling discouraged that I have only lost a pound in the last 25 days. I know it takes a while to see change, but im not that patient.
