So I am really new to the whole cooking thing and I am curious how many calories I should be adding for using canola oil? I just made up some lumpia and want to make sure I am tracking everything accurately. Any help would be appreciated. (also i think i put this in the wrong forum, so if so, sorry.)

Do you mean you fried in the oil and you are trying to figure out how much to enter for what got used?
If so, the best way is to measure how much you started with and then how much is left when you're done, the difference is how much you used.
If it's too late for that, you probably have a better guess at it than we do since you saw how much you used.0 -

It's really good that you're thinking in that direction, log everything.0

Measure out the oil before you put it in the pan/pot. Don't just pour it in. That's the only way to tell.0
