pb cookies (low cal/fat) :)
single serve peanut butter cookie(Low cal and fat)
2 - 3 tbsp of powdered peanut butter (only 2 if using cocoa)
2 tbsp of mashed banana(preferably overripe)
1-2 tbsp of coconut milk (liquid of choice)
1 tbsp of cocoa powder( unsweetened)
(you can add in some things if you wish, such as make it a thumbprint by making a dent and filling it with jam or add peanuts for a crunchy cookie)
Stick in the oven at around 350-400(depends on the type of oven and climate)
just watch out for it. Its a vegan cookie so you could eat it raw if you wished. Crispy/gooey is all on personal preference.
I bake mine for about 8-10 minutes. I use it as crumble inside my smoothies.
