Half Marathon Recovery - Help!

Hey guys! I just ran my first half-marathon in Disney World (Wine and Dine!) and after two days of walking the parks and a 13.1 mile run, I have to say that my feet (three days later) are still twice their normal size. Any advice on how to get the swelling down?
I live in NYC, so "not walking" isn't really an option...

Ice bath!
You need to treat the microscopic tears that your muscles suffered from running that distance.
After my first half marathon, my feet weren't swollen but it did take me about a week to feel "normal" again. Sometimes recovery just takes a little longer than expected.0
