    Be proud of yourself. I have found that now that I have lost almost 160 pounds I don't mind telling people that I USED to weigh 420 pounds. I don't mind telling people because I'm so proud of what I have accomplished. Be Proud of yourself!!! You have done great!!!!! : ))))

    You look AMAZING!! You have nothing to be embarrassed about at all. You've worked hard to get to this point and should be very proud of yourself. Way to Go!! Thanks for sharing!! I was in need of a push to get myself back on track after two weeks of celebrating my 40th birthday with various friends and family. I'm right about 200 lbs now with my goal to be right where you are at today, so your post was perfect timing and a great inspiration.
