Hello. I am new to fitness pal. I have recently have had a baby. She is seven months today! I have been trying to get back into shape and back to down to a good weight for me. I have been finding it really hard because most of my friends are super in shape and don't work the same schedule as me and don't have kids. Well my target weight is 130 and so I have like 20 something pounds to lose. I am hoping that my determination and work life will help me get through this. I have to be in weight standards for my job and right now I am about three pounds over and it is being the most stubborn three pounds ever. It is driving me up a wall. Well sorry for the rant but I just wanted to say a small thing about what I am going through. Hope to talk to some of you soon!

Greetings! And kiss those pounds goodbye (and definitely kiss that little baby hello . I just started yesterday (2nd time around) and I have the same goal in mind. I can't believe there are still careers out there that track your weight! How humiliating!!! Ugh! Well, I suppose if that doesn't push you, I don't know what will (other than your self determination!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!0

Yeah it is called the military. I am proud of what I do but there is so much pressure and I work in a high stress enviorment and my weakness is food! OOOH BOY do I love my carbs. Yummy!0
