3 oz without food scale?

Hello, just trying to figure out how much 3 oz a chicken is.. I don't have a food scale yet, but will be getting one.

Uhh.. there's no way we can really help you.. we can't weigh it via the internet. Just guess until then. Chicken isn't super high calorie so a little bit more/less won't kill you.
