today is sunday,which for most bahamians is a day of rest.also a day that we cook all that great food like peas and rice,macorini,potato salad and whatever meat there is.
today im cooking a baked turkey,with lettuce and tomatoe ,corn and mixed vegs.my bloke will probaly have potato salad instead of the mix vegs.then im have n me a stiff gin and coco h20,i havent drink for 6 dys now and trust me it feels so dam good.
for me i usually cook enough food on sundays to cover me for the week which includes lunch and dinner,its better that way so i dont have to worry about what i have to eat each day and i have better control of what i put in my mouth.
so ladies join me or any guys who want to,u r welcome to0 -

boy was lunch great, i just ate a pita pocket with a little reg mayo,lett,tom and onions with 5oz grilled ckn breast.yum yum and a coke 0.drinking lots of water havent poop in days ,just took 3 ducolax to releive my system later before dinner0

good am well yesterday wasnt to bad i had a few drinks and i fell great ,no hang over.monday monday lets see wat today will bring,the weather is great for walking and i will do just that in the evening.oh and time change i LOVE IT0

well its almost lunch time and i dnt feel hungry at all,i quess eating every 2 to 3 hrs really works.hope to go walking after 5pm today0
